My husband and I moved from Illinois to Central in May of 2022
Originally, I am from Ukraine. In my Ukrainian life, I graduated with a Master’s in Architecture and worked in the movie industry as a production designer. I moved to the US in 1997. Here, I was teaching Interior Design and Art History at Joliet Junior College. I always painted, but always felt a shortage of time since painting was not my primary occupation. Now, I am enjoying my retirement and freedom to paint.
