Our “Evening with an Artist” series events bring artists and community members to BRAC for a casual discussion and/or demonstration in a small group setting. Light refreshments will be served. Guests are able to view and discuss work directly with the artist.

“Colors of India” Traveling Artists

Experience the colors of India through the eyes of five friends – Debbie Rote, Nanine Hartzenbusch-Fox, Cathy McAlpine, Clair Driscoll and Martha Driscoll. Journey with them from densely populated cities to quiet villages and magnificent royal palaces. Discover a land where animals roam through city streets and camels still carry goods along the highways. Where modern innovation stands beside ancient traditions, and breathtaking grandeur exists alongside poverty. Through their stories and images, they will share the beauty, complexity and heart of one of the most populated an culturally rich countries in the world.
