Joyce Driscoll has been painting since 2014. She mainly works in watercolor and pen and ink. She is drawn to water scenes from both the ocean and lakes. Joyce paints historical houses and does commissioned house paintings. Her work can be found on Etsy and she shows at many Upstate galleries.
